Dyches Boddiford – Mobile Home Money Machine

Mobile Home Money Machine (Manual, Tapes & Forms Disk) by Dyches Boddiford & Lynn Zenoble – We made a lot of money using the concepts covered in this course. While everyone else is competing for good deals in site-built homes, you can be cherry picking mobile home deals. Every aspect of the business is detailed — for example, a few of the areas covered are: where to find good deals, how to evaluate, negotiating, fix-up, finding buyers, working with communities, finding investors, doing paperwork properly, sales tax, income tax, and licenses. All the forms you need are included with explanations of their use. You won’t find this much information in one place anywhere else. Also included are six (6) audio CDs to reinforce the manual and a Forms CD. $347
